Back to conference home

Summary

Nearly every state is making changes to evaluation policy for teachers and school leaders, and there are numerous aspects involved in the design and implementation of high-quality educator evaluation systems. During this session, participants had opportunities to engage with presenters from across the country to discuss strategies, ideas, and issues for creating evaluation systems that are feasible, reliable, and sustainable. Each roundtable discussion lasted for 40 minutes, so participants were able to take part in three different discussions during the two hours.
