Lessons Learned From SLO Implementation

In May 2013, the GTL Center facilitated a panel discussion focused on student learning objectives (SLOs) for the Kentucky Department of Education. Led by the GTL Center’s Ellen Cushing, panelists from Ohio, Rhode Island, and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools in Charlotte, North Carolina, shared their experiences and lessons learned from implementing SLOs. This presentation outlines some of the key discussion questions addressed by the panelists.
