Introduction to Measures of School Leader Effectiveness

Principals have many roles which make defining leadership effectiveness and evaluating principals so challenging.  In this September 2013 presentation, Matthew Clifford presents on how to define and measure leadership effectiveness to the Virgin Islands.  He discusses multiple measures for assessing principal performance and the similarities and complementarities between teacher and principal evaluation systems.
